Absent: Betsy Adams, Amy Cotter, Jeff
Rosenblum, Sujatha Byravan (all excused)
The meeting convened at 7:07 pm in the
Community Room of the Cambridge Store. Board member
Karin Emry moderated meeting.
1. Introductions and Organizational
Issues
• Approval of Board Meeting Minutes, 25-Apr-05, Public Session
Mike made a move for approval, Elisa seconded, all
approved.
2. Open Discussion, Planning & Assessment
Committee
• Loren requests that the board decide on a date for the strategic planning
retreat. The weekends that Marilyn is available are 9/10, 11/19, 12/10, and
10/01; Loren will follow up via email. Marilyn had planned to attend tonight's
meeting but decided to postpone since a few board members would be absent.
There were no other public committee
reports.
There were no comments on the General Manager's public
report.
