Please complete our questionnaire to help us understand how we can continue to improve our Co-op.
Those who complete the entire questionnaire will be entered into a drawing for one of two $50 gift cards to Harvest Co-op. The Harvest Board and Membership and Social Concerns Committee (MSCC) will consider your feedback to improve Harvest Co-op. We will be holding meetings with members and shoppers to share and discuss the results of this questionnaire.
